Booked room for 4 of us and was told at check in that I had a queen bed! The front desk clerk had to get manager approval to get a room for 4 people.

Lacks cable/satellite therefore poor TV, no selections like CSPAN, LINK-TV etc.

The location and surrounding views of the Harbor are what attracted me, since I also had business to do in San Pedro and the Peninsula. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. However, I am used to satellite channel selections for news and movies, so I hate those limited selection House hookups and for a hotel which is perfectly good in all other respects, those things I like to watch before bed at night - it just doesn't provide. I have been in some pretty out of the way motels, and they often let you have all the channels you would have at home. ...read more

Convenient to pier and free parking at hotel during our cruise was fabulous! Love the warm cookies!

Great place to stay. First time we tried this and will do it again. Shuttling to and from pier was convenient and no hassle for us to get back into our car to drive 6 hours back to the Bay Area.
